My first attempt on Irachi Ada..Thanks 2 my dear safeeraatha ♥♥ Will update soon with a gud pic ;)
Filiing:-
Chikn-8-9pieces
Coiander powder-1/2tespn
Ginger choped-1/4tespn
Turmeric powder-1/4tespn
garlic pices-2no
1 Cook chikn with corainder powder+Turmeric-powder+Salt+ginger pices+garlic pieces
2 wen it done shred it and keep it aside
For the Masala
Onion-2no
ginger chopped-1tespn
Garlic-1tespn
green chilly-1no choped
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves-1spring
Kashmiri Chillypowder-1/2tespn
Turmeric powder-1/4tespn
Garam Masala-1tespn
Oil
Method:-
1 in a pan add oil,saute onion til transparent
2 then add ginger+garlic+green chilly+curry leaves and saute for few mins
3 Add all powders & mix well
4 then add shreded chikn+chopped coriander leaves
For the Dough:-
Maida-1c
Water-needed
Salt
Oil-for frying
Method
Mix maida with enought salt water
make a dough lyk chappathi..
take sml balls out of dis n roll it lyk smal pathirs
Keep the filing in each pathiri... n fold it in to half...n press the edges using a fork
Deep fry it in oil
Note:-
Both the filing for Irachi pathiri n Irachi ada z same..Only difference z its shape
U can use beef or mutton also
