Gothamb Pathiri/Gothamb kai orotty

Gothamb/Wheat  pathiri/Gothamb kai orooty z ma mothers spl recipe...


Wheat flour-1 1/2c
Grated coconut-1/2c


  • In a bowl,mix wheat flour ,n grated coconut n keep it aside
  • Boil water with enough salt... pour the boiled water to the flour mixture...
  • knead it well..dough z like our normal chappathi dough
  • then take small balls frm dough... flatten it with ur palm(Instead of palm u can use pathiri press,,here i usd pathiri press)
  • Then heat a non stick pan...n cook kai orootty's..wen side z done,,,turn over it n smear little oil  to the edges
  • cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Then remove from fire
  • Serve hot with any spicy curry... non veg z more tasty
