Shahi paneer,paneer in rich tomato gravy !!! really yummyyy...got this recipe from my dear friend Beena chechiii :) of adapted frm Cooking @ may flower
Paneer cubed - 1 cup
Black cardamom - 2 nos
Onion chopped - 2 nos
Tomato, chopped - 4 nos ( medium )
Green chillies, roughly chopped - 1 no
Ginger chopped -1" piece
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2-1 tsp

Milk - 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Oil or ghee - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:-
1 Immerse paneer cubes in warm water.

2 Heat oil in a pan, add cardamom, green chillies, ginger, and onion.
3 Saute onion till transparent. Now add tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy.
4 Blend them in a mixer and strain it.
5 Heat oil in a pan, add strained mixture, tomato sauce, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder,

6 Fry till oil separates and the mixture turns thick.
7 Add paneer cubes and milk and stir constantly in low flame for 2 minutes.
8 Sprinkle coriander leaves.
Goes well with Ghee rice, chapatis, rotis.
