Tapioca Stew

Tapioca Stew/Kappa stew


Ingredients
  • 1 medium Tapioca
  • 1no Onion
  • 2 or 3 no Green chilly
  • 1" piece ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4tesp Pepper powder
  • 1 tesp garam masala
  • 1/4tesp coriander powder
  • 2cups(thick & thin) coconut milk
  • 2 sprink curryleaves
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • needed salt
Cooking Directions
  1. Cook tapioca in a pressure cooker with enough salt n water (1 whistle)
  2. then add chopped onion,chopped green chillies,Ginger choped, n garlic pieces
  3. Cook till onion becomes soft n tapioca become smashed
  4. To this add all powders-Garam masala,Pepper powder & Corinader powder
  5. mix all these well and add coconut milk
  6. Cook for one or two mins..,no need to boil !
  7. Then remove frm flame and add cocnut oil and Curry leaves
Serve hot with Appom/Idiyapom/Chappathi !
