Ingredients:-
Puff pastry-4 pieces
Cheddar cheese-4 slice(Optional)
Butter
Fiiling-Heres u used Chicken filing,u can also use Sausages
Egg yolk-4 wash
FOR FILLING:
PREPARE FILLING:
- Cook chicken with little pepper powder and salt. De bone them and shred it nicely.
- In a non stick pan,heat oil and add cinnamon stick, then sliced onion and saute till translucent and lightly brown in colour.Do not cover with lid while sauteing & keep a medium flame always.
- Add the ginger - garlic paste,green chilly,curry leaves and salt and saute for few more minutes.
- Add shredded chicken to the prepared masala, capsicum and carrot and cook for another 5 minutes to infuse flavour. Add the chopped coriander leaves ,sprinkle garam masala powder all over it,,mix and switch off.
Method:-
1 Let stand puff pastries until softened if you get from the refrigerator. Then, as shown at photo 2, cut
from every corner to the middle with a knife.
2 Put 1-2 pieces of butter at the center of puff pastries.
3 Then, put a cheddar cheese(Optional) and Chicken filling into .
4 Subsequently, as shown at photo from 4 to 7, connect the ends of puff pastries to the middle.
5 Apply the same process for the other puff pastry.
6 Put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper.
7 Apply egg yolk on.
8 Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned.
9 Finally, put a serving dish.
Serve hot or warm with a tea or coffee.

Thats an unique style of filling the puff and than baking the pieces. I must say that I am intrigued as the outcome is so good and again, one which must be looked up for the creativity.
